I've had my Brother GT-341 now for 3 years. Run it daily. It's a great machine up to this point. 6 months ago I replaced the Cyan print-head, now this weekend, that same print head is bad. The others are still running great. I run only genuine Brother inks as well.

Called Axiom, nothing really they can do. The warranty on these $1,300 items are 90 days. Really confused as to why this happened. I've been in the DTG business since the beginning of the DTG Kiosk era and understand fully the cleaning and maintenance side of things. Anyone know of what I may be missing here? Anyone seeing a change in the life of the Brother print heads?

I'm going to me in need of an additional machine here soon and want to make sure I understand this issue before making my next decision. Appreciate any and all feedback.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think there's a 1 yr warranty on the heads from Brother?

Call Brother tech support and ask them. If you show that you have done the daily maintenance and cleaning and a brand new head went bad in 6 month, they might be able help you?

If you're doing all the maintenance, then maybe your capping station and the ink lines below it clogged or have lost sucking power.
