Hello,

we are upgrading our Brother DTG GT-381 to the new GTX Printer and I was wondering if there is a easier way of converting all of the file to the new file format then going back into photoshop or coraldraw & resaving them all over again?

Cuttle, with many new added features and technology in our GTX there is no simple way to convert AR3 files to and ARX4 file format. If you’re located within the US or Canada and this didn't resolve your issue, please give us a 877-4Brother or contact your original dealer if outside these areas.
