Hello.
To any familiar with Brother Emberoidery machines, I just started working on one after being on Tajima for 8 years.
The machine is old, but maintained fairly well.
Today in the middle of a full back run it started saying two errors:
Main (Z) Shaft Lock + Error A5?
After scouring the internet and trying to find answers in the manual I have come up with nothing and wondering if anyone has had this experience?
The needle is jammed in the down position and even resetting the wheel to 100 on the stop position will not bring the needle back up.
Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.
