Hi my Brother 9 needle embroidery machine has a problem. After a thread cut and sometimes a thread break I get an error message "needle stop position error". I can correct this by manually aligning the 100 mark on the pulley wheel with the 3 dots on the body beside the pulley wheel. Is there a way to fix this permanently by myself without having a service tech fly out to the caribbean?
