Brother 381-Print Head Questions

I have a Brother 381. I bought it in late November last year.
I love the way it prints on dark shirts especially with the white ink. However, lately I have had a strange issue with the print heads. Now Brother tells me I'm a perfect roll model for taking care of the machine and doing all the maintenance. Humidity is perfect as well. I'm printing white everyday.
Here's the issue....
The print heads start to miss in the middle and then go out. No matter how many head cleanings I've tried (wasting ink). Brother has sent me two new print heads since I have owned the machine. Put a new one in and then another one will go out. I have a ton of orders that I need to print on this machine and the print head issue is driving me nuts. I can't figure out what is causing this issue to happen.
If anyone has had a similar experience please post up.

Is it the same white line or is it different lines.

IE the first ph replaced, because of the problem, was W1 and the second was ph W2. Or has it just been W2 ... W2

It's been all of them. I spoke with Brother and they are sending me a new wiper and filters. They think its the wiper not cleaning properly, therefore not letting the nozzle spray properly.
I'll find out later today when we do the install of the new parts.
