We have an older Brother 361 that has been in 341 Print mode since we've had it. I'd like to see if the white heads function. I need to swap out the rubber capping station pieces it looks like. These look like caps instead of the usualy cups.

Does anyone have the part number for those rubber cups? I tried looking through the parts manual online.

Hybridtrendz, the capping station for white ink has caps to block off any debris from getting into maintenance station. These caps can simply be removed and you will then need to enable white menu options. You will want to go into the menu by pressing either up, down, left or right button. Once in the menu, you will then scroll down or up until you find printer settings and then look for GT-341 mode and press okay; you will want to turn the printer to normal mode. After the printer is restarted all white ink menus will show up. You will need maintenance solution and the maintenance cartridge and bottle that came with the 361. As there are certain steps you will need to perform, it would be best to have a tech setup to install components and train you on proper maintenance and application of white ink.
