Plastic is a pain to mend. I find that I have to use both glue and mechanical means to fix things like this. I would see if you could glue it using a 2 part epoxy for plastic and then cutting a strip of metal (aluminum flashing or copper or the like) as a reinforcement across the break. I drill small holes in the metal and pilot holes in the plastic and carefully insert small wood screws to hold it together. This all depends on whether there is enough plastic thickness and area to do this.

Clean and scuff the area well and mend it with some JB Weld Epoxy. The blade holder on my Expert 24 plotter broke and the JB Weld worked so good its better than new. Its important to clean and sand the plastic so the JB Weld has something to bite into.
