One of the problems we're all aware of with the DuPont white ink settles/seperates quite quickly.
If you leave your Neoflex for a day without printing I find the seperation takes place in the ink lines and dampers, often this can spoil the first few prints until the good white comes through.
Rather than spoil a few shirts, this is what I do after doing the usual maintenance - i.e. cleaning wiper blade & capping seal etc and of course shaking the white ink cartridges.
I use Printer Jockey to do a white ink flush. Basically what this does is to print just a white block of ink from the 4 (selected) channels. You can also choose the size of the block printed. As the block(s) are printing I can clearly see the white ink improve in opacity and brightness.
