We just purchased a gt782. The samples had bright white prints. I haven't been able to achieve the same look. What is the solution?

Ad a highlight white to the sep or run the base white twice.

He is talking DTG not screen printing.

My guess is that your pretreatment proicess is off. This is 90% time the case with not bright underbase.

Please explain your pretreatment process in detail.

We are using the Brother pretreat that came with the machine. I'm Gildan 2000 fan, but not sure that is the right shirt for this process. I have been screen printing for 20 years and decided to go to direct to garment because of the change in demand from my customers. I'm using 30 grams for darks and 21 grams for royal. The white looked washed out. I did my wash test and the ink set. I've been testing some Hanes 5250's and they are doing better, but still washed out looking. I've used a sample of the IA Ultra and it cut down on the discoloration of the shirt, but still not a bright white. Thank you in advance for your help!
