I thought because of your lack of replies these two sites may steer you in the right direction. The second link of the two should have some booty shorts or cheer shorts because they are a dance retailer.

Phone them to check! I have no connection with them so I am not 100%. Just trying to help a little. At least a second person replied after I did that's got to be a step in the right direction.

Sorry my bad. I thought they did booty shorts for male dancers. You see some dancers in some crazy outfits sometimes and usually they like to match there costume as much as possible with the women dancers they dance with. I thought that's perhaps what it was for. If you look on the 'Burning down the house' 'Cardigans' video and many other videoss on some you can see males and females are wearing gimp suits and you wouldn't have seen that on TV 30 years ago. Nowadays clothes are worn by both men and women in some cases and I am not talking about cross dressers. Anyhow! Didn't mean to cause offense if any was caused.

That would explain why the dance apparel store here in my town retails booty shorts plain with no decoration for at least $25.

I actually went to my local dance studio and asked them they didnt tell me anything but I bought 20 from them for $4. a piece so they must be getting them cheap from somewhere
