Maximum thickness for BN20 on rolanddga.com 39 mil (1.0 mm)
I noticed they don't have 20" canvas on their online store. Smallest roll width is 30"
If your gonna cut a 20" X? & test make sure it's nice & flat, carefully pull it thru holding the canvas down to try to avoid a head strike. I'd call Roland support & ask first..
