Hey any bn-20 versastudio users or techs out there?

I have just recently started getting an error message on my bn-20 that reads "the printing has stopped due to unexpected load towards printhead carridge or sheet feeding system" . It also gives a remove sheet from platen message as well as turn off machine prompt. Anybody encountered this before or have any remedies?

There is no obstruction on the platen as far as I can tell and it worked fine when I printed a couple banners on Saturday. In the past I have had to replace the left media clamps and it gives me the same beeping and flashing but this is different... thx!

Sorry old post I no but if it helps some one.... I had the same message today and after a while on google I read it could be the main bar that the heads run on, a little WD40 on a lint cloth and wiped along the bar a few times... all fixed
