We've not had much spare time to play with our sequin machine since it arrived :( So, having got up at 6am this morning we decided to give it a go with a simple design.

Here's the video

Crown - YouTube

The finished design on a shirt

The design cost 14cents, has 1046 sequins and takes just 1min 50secs to create.

Nice,
Print Queen under the crown.
MONEY is combination Sequin and Print. And Sublimation on sequin too.
Print first. Apply Sequin later.
Try Clear, clear is real Classic. Stick on CYMK but not well with white ink bottom.
AA sells to Hobby Lobby. 500 sequin for $2-2.50. They sell $3.99-4.99 at store. Tens of thousands per order.
Big profit and very fast. Never fall off. Shines more than Rhinestone. No injury to Cheerleaders.
Use on polyester.(light) with NeoFlex print.
I will work NeoFamily. Please be Richer.
Nothing to do with DTG section but my dream is your success! I will do almost all for it.
Cheers! Inks are on me always.

We were in Phily when you were 'printing' the Hobby Lobby order. Six sequin machines running full tilt with Licie keeping them going.

Angie's on it fulltime now :D Haven't seen her since we switched the machine on :D

Love the speed. So you can have 4 types of sequing sizes/colors auto change on each design right?
That is amazing. Is the maintenance easy?
Since the principle is the same as in embroidery machine all maintance should be only dusting the machine form time to time and oiling some areas;)
NeoFamily,
You have more than anybody out there. Money wise millions plus, feeling wise richer than any other DTG owners. I don't mean buy machine at all. AA do not need to sell this machine or others to NeoFamily to survive. Please and please make yourself richer with using Membership of NeoFamily. If you need anything to be better I am one call away. No one yet complains about Peter is hard to catch. You don't need to be asked ten questions before reach to me. None NeoFamily do go through this, LOL. Kelly, Torie and Sue are worse on filtering. I don't know my direct number. I always post my cell number to NeoFamily. Again 215-593-8698. Pls try not abuse calls while I am over sea. Text is free. Lol.
What's your company name? Why you are calling? Can I have your number? He is busy.
He is in meeting. He will call back ---etc. endless.:)
Many are asking me "why you as owner of AA spend so much time in NeoForum which you don't have too?"
My answer could be "one of my biggest achievements in my life is create NeoFamily and I love all so much more than Money" "So happy to see All NeoFamily are getting along and supporting each other"
Have a fantastic Weekend! Good day for BBQ start and out door beers.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.:)

I hate rhinestones but had no idea a sequin machine existed. Thanks for sharing!

We are in a garment design & arts district so I'm very interested in this combined with the Neoflex.

Is this the 2 hopper or the 4 hopper? Can you do more than 2 colors/sizes on the same garment?
Brain there are also sequin atachements for embroidery machines so you can do embroidery and sequin in on job. But most of them are limited to only one color/size. This is a big plus of dedicated machine.

Yes, you can load any size & any colour on either of the four heads. If you want really complex designs you can create a design in two parts, lay down the first load the second design and lay down that.

It will 'print' much faster but I feel more comfortable at slower speeds.

Like any piece of equipment, the NeoFlex as an example, maintaining the machine becomes easier with time and practice.

I was never formerly trained on the NeoFlex and had to pick it up myself, fortunately I'm pretty good at working things out and, as Peter will tell you, I take loads of notes, take hundreds of pictures and hours of video :) I still refer to the hour long video I have for NeoRip.

The machine is based on an Embroidery machine, an Inbro. We considered buying their single needle, auto threading machine a while back.

The main difference I guess is in ensuring the needle passes exactly through the centre of the sequin - or as Mr Won would say, 'No Touchy' :) Making the adjustment for this is quite simple when you understand it.

We quite like rhinestones and still make some templates with the Graphtec cutter.

The sequins are supplied on reels and our machine has 4 heads.

We do plan on mixing NeoFlex DTG with sequins. Hopefully it'll give us the edge over competitors even on Ebay which I usually stay away from for selling.

Hope that helps.

I didn't intend posting in this NeoFlex section, instead, I meant to post in the Rhinestone section.
