I just wanted to share my experience with using Transfer Express "Express Names" and stock numbers on A4 N3256 Camo Poly shirts.

From the pictures below you will see that our screen printed front did just fine, although we did Print/flash the white 4 times to get opaque.

But you can also see the bleed through of the shirts through the numbers, also look at the backing paper after we applied the name and numbers!

Does anyone know of a better way to heat press names and numbers on these shirts?

Hey did you find a solution to the bleeding problem?

You can try lowering the pressure of the heatpress and see if that helps. Those shirts can be a pain to get good opacity from transfers.

Use thermofilm from Stahls if you have a plotter and there is a good chance that will work fine. The thermo film is very thick and should block out the camo pattern just fine.
