I see in another thread you started you are printing from an Epson printer. That suggests two possibilities. You are using pigment ink and printing on something like JPSS, or you are using dye ink and printing on sublimation paper. If the first you can use white, or very light colored 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, or 100% polyester. If the later, white 100% polyester. The more details you provide the more precise the reply you will get.

Gildan is a widely used brand. We like the Ultra Cotton G200/G2000. For ladies style we like the Next Level N3900 - be aware, it runs small. Gildan also makes some ladies tees. You really need to sample different brands to decide which cut, quality, and price point suits you.

You shouldn't be choosing shirts for your brand based on how they hold up under a heat press. You should be choosing them based on which one will sell best to your target customer. Once you find that shirt, then figure out the best printing method.
