I have decided to venture out into the polo shirt world to differentiate from the common screenprinted t-shirt, and I have no idea where to start looking. I know that I want a pique polo, which is the somewhat rugged feel polo (i think?), and i know that I want it to be cotton. More specifically, I would like for the polo's feel to be somehwhat close to a ralph lauren polo: pique (once again, i think?), with a soft feel - but somewhat thick at the same time.
If anyone can point me in the right direction to where i can find blank polo's similar to what I am talking about, that would be GREATLY appreciated!! thank you in advance!

Most of the manufacturers make pique polo in 65-35 blend that is 65 poly and 35 cotton. I myself export blank polo (in pique) to south africa and Dubai and my customers out there demand 65-35 blend. Cotton polo is in rare demand in those countries.

Just wondering - are you thinking of screen printing these? If so pique won't produce a clean print.

You mentioned the shirt should have a "rugged" and a "soft" feel. Those terms seem contradictory. Can you clarify?
