Blank Iron On Patches Help Needed

So been getting my blank patches for sublimation from JDS for awhile now and everything has been smooth. Recently they got hit with a bad batch of blanks and the glue is coming through to the front side of the patch when sublimated. Already got replacements and they are still bad. CS tells me they are mixed in with the good ones and it’s impossible to tell the difference. So not only am I out hundreds of dollars on patches that I can’t do anything with- I also have to fill orders so I am in a rush to find a new company.

I am looking for blanks with a black border and that have an iron on adhesive on the back. I saw some nice variety on enmart and on southernemblem but they all have a heat seal back. After talking to them I was told that heat seal would not activate with a regular iron.

So I am hoping someone here can lead me to a place that sells blank iron on patches. Or maybe knows another solution so I can continue filling my orders.

Any help would be appreciated I am in a bit of a panic and pressed for time.

Yes I was going to use them but they are heat sealed on the back. When I spoke to them on the phone they told me they can’t be applied with an iron.
Maybe I am misinformed and the heat seal backs can be attached with an iron by the customer? Anyone know? Would hate to advertise iron on patches and then the customer couldn’t iron them on.

*or should I be asking this in embroidery area since they deal more in patches?
Sorry, I only get mine through JDS, too. Is the adhesive coming through after sublimating? I've purchased some in the past month and they seem fine to me, so far. I hope all mine are from the good batch! Have only gone through 50ish of 300. Now I'm nervous lol.

its this latest batch and all replacements seem to be the problem as well. in the past i had no problems at all and i really like using their patches. they are sending me more replacements to try fromanother warehouse. really hope they sort this out soon as i already had to convert some of my designs to other shapes because of the stock i had left of good patches.
