Got an abundance of Foam Truckers (all different colors and a ton of them) - not sure what else I can use to apply graphics to them?

I have tried sublimating them but either my image is not fully pressed on or if it does press on I get tape marks and stuff from the pressure being too high.

I tried HTV and same thing with the marks from the transfer sheet since the pressure is up.

I have glued patches on hats which is nice but kind of getting sick of that.

Any other things I should try out that I can do with these trucker hats?

BTW my hat press is not a good one and just a basic generic one with manual adjustments.

Any suggestions?

Did you ever figure out what to do with the truckers? I'm in the same position... Bought them planning on sublimating or doing heat transfers but can't get rid of the damn press marks...

Those are better suited for Screenprinting or EMB.
