hi can someone tell me if it is a better outcome to use black/greyscale setting for printing black prints and also how can I get a darker much heavier black to print....mine seems a bit light.......

If you haven't tried this & your printer is capable, use the setting for black ink only. Although black, many are still a mixture.

make sure the black is black in your design 0 0 0 0. print settings use glossy photo paper setting best quality. this can help. good luck uncletee
