hello, I have a 4880 and have a problem. When I print the layer of color on a black background the printer does not move, making an impression in the same place. I hope you can help me! Thanks!

yes, is a 4880 NeoTex. Other thing.. The Servo Drive appear an AL_03 on the display when the printer working bad. what is this? when show this I can't move to stand by and forward, nothing.

I'm sorry but I can't help you wth your proble, have you contacted the Neoflex guys in Philadelphia? Having spent some time with them at the FESPA show in Munich, I'm sure they'll srt your problem. The FESPA show finished 26th June.
