Hi guys
Having replaced a my printhead I carried out the bi-directional alignment process. I've become quite an expert at this and get through it quite quickly compared to my first few attempts
When I get things spot on and having saved all the settings when the printer's in the READY state, I then pull the power plug out the back of the printer (not the base), count to 30 and reconnect. Unfortunately this un-does all the settings I've previously saved.
At present my only option is not to switch the printer off!
Anyone any ideas?
John
