Hi,

on my website it says shipping included in price of purchase. Alternatively I could add it on at the end of the process in the shopping cart (Mal's cart).

Psychologically speaking is it better to say "included" versus added on?

I'm a deal hunter so I always make sure free shipping doesn't mean pricier product. In your case, since it's a unique item and not something people can shop around for (i.e. $40 case of paper w/free shipping vs $25 case of paper + $8 shipping), I would just say free shipping and work it into the price of your shirts, if you want to go that route. The problem with this is that if you count the shipping in the price of the shirt, then you may have to pay the taxes on that added amount. I would consult with your accountant about that. Maybe only free shipping on orders over a certain amount, but I wouldn't make that amount more than $50.
