We're putting together our trade show exhibitor schedule for 2009. In 2008 we did all seven ISS shows. In 2009 we'd like to branch out a little.

I'm looking at a few possibilities right now. One is the NNEP Embroidery Mart in Columbus,Ohio. The other is The Printwear Show in Indianapolis, IN.

Has anyone exhibited at either of these shows in the past? If so, how did they work for you? Also, how many embroiderers did you see at the show?

I'd also be interested in hearing from people who've attended these shows. Did you find the show helpful? Did you find suppliers as a result of attending this show?

Thanks for any insight or help you can give me. I appreciate it.

I am trying to find a company that was at the ISS show in Atlanta. They had acrylic blank tumbers, cell phone holders and coasters. They are the kind that you put photos or embroidery in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There was also another company there that had the same stuff but they sell in bulk. They also displayed Serendipity's stuff had their booth. Any ideas! They were one or 2 rows over from Serendipity.
Here is the Exhibitor List from the show - Imprinted Sportswear Shows - Atlanta. Maybe seeing the name will help.

The other embroidery show you might want to consider is Embroidery Mart by NNEP. It is a traditional trade show where as the Columbus show is usually a hotel room show - which is very different. Might also want to check out the DAX Shows. They are a little smaller than most of the ISS Shows - but the cost is also cheaper and they do them in locations where there are not overlapping shows.

A couple of shows that I know are the Magic and ASR. The Magic show is fabric show but they also showcase clothes at this show. The other is ASR this is the action sport retail show. If you have clothes that are of the athletic or sportsline then this show might be up your alley.

Hope this helps

DAGuide - Thanks, we are doing the NNEP shows this year, and will be adding DAX to the list for next year. So far the NNEP shows we've done have been great. We're looking forward to Nashville in July.

Mgandy - thanks for the info. We're actually a machine embroidery supplies company, so we're probably more likely to go to an ISS show or something like that, but I appreciate the suggestion.
