I purchased Speedball inks over 4 years ago but never got around to using them as i moved away from screen printing...but a job has just come up that i require screen print inks for and not sure if speedball are the right inks to use, since maybe during this time better ink has come out. Does anyone have any recommendations for red ink on to a white t shirt/polo shirt?

I found that Speedball requires heat setting after printing, and it states ironing over for 3-5 minutes. This sounds slightly primative, and if using a heatpress what setting should i set temp to and how long should i press the garment for, on the basis i do indeed use the speedball inks? Do you have to heatset all screen print ink?
