Hi everyone,

I live in the UK and currently run a small start-up business designing and printing baby clothing (in my spare time).

I use my husband's (he's a signwriter) Mutoh Valuejet 1304 printer (solvent inks), a Graphtec FC8000-130 cutter, and an Xpres swing heat press.

I'm having problems finding a good printable vinyl in the UK (I've seen lots of recommendations for vinyl, but they all seem to be available in the US only). I want something that gives an almost screenprint / soft and matte finish, but that is durable.

I was using Dorotape's Printa-flex Pro, but a customer has contacted me to say that it has begin to peel off after just 2 washes (and it says on our packaging to wash at 30 and not iron over the design).

The clothing I use is a whole range of colours (from as dark as navy blue and red, through to as light as pale pink and white). Some items are 100% cotton, some are polycotton.

The vinyl needs to be on a roll, and not individual transfer sheets.

Any suggestions for what vinyl to try and which suppliers to get it from?

Many thanks in advance :)
