I've had such great success making toddler tees on the hanes brand because they are so tightly woven.

Is there a onesie out there that can match that quality? The ribbed always gives me issues with cracking or stretching.

I use JPSS on my home inkjet.

Did you ever find a better onesie line to use? I have the same probem. I've done some research and it may be we need to stretch them with a insert or pillow. I use jpss with a heat press.

Not yet. I've been using bella brand from staton or gerber from target and both seem to do well.

And stretching a bit does help. I've heard kidsblanks are good, interlock cotton but I don't need $100 worth of baby stuff just yet.
