Best method for Black Cycling Jersey

I'm looking for the best way to print on this 100% poly cycling jersey. Printing a pink skull graphic on the front & back.

cycling jerseys are best printed using dye sub. You don't want to clog the fabric with inks.

I thought you couldn't dye sub on black.?

Not my area of expertise, but you don't want to screen print it.
