What is the best ink to be used for t-shirt printing (screen printing only) except for plastisol inks and are as durable as the garment life?

Don't mind if you find this question silly as i am a newbie

There are no other inks besides plastisol that is as durable as the garment.

Discharge on dark shirts, regular water base on light colored shirts.

2nd place would go to opaque water base on dark shirts. For this I like Permaset Aqua SuperCover.
