hi, there, i was wondering if you might share your method for pretreatment for white t-shirt

what is the most optimal process? i cured as bellow
1.10 seconds press without tefron sheet
2.10 seconds press with tefron sheet after curing
3.10 seconds press without tefron sheet
4. print color ink
5. 60 seconds press with tefron sheet

My main point is washing fastness, is this my process can get a good washing test?

ok here is what we do :
@350 degrees


pre press (5 seconds) to get the moisture out

pretreat

press (60 seconds) (with Teflon sheet) invest in a heat press top cover to eliminate this extra step

print

hover (30 seconds) no release paper/teflon sheet

press (60 seconds) with release paper
