Hello, I'm wanting to know the most sustainable method of printing, yet also cheapest for printing on cotton t-shirts?
So not dye-sub because i want to use cotton t-shirts. My t-shirts would have a large graphic print with lots of colours, so i dont think screen printing would be best because of the variety of colours. Would someone be able to tell me what plastisol is? I was considering this method, however i hope its not that plastic which basically starts to peel off after a while, like the lettering on the back of football shirts.
Does anyone know what method Drop Dead Clothing use? I have a couple of their t-shirts and one is more of a shiny print, which is thick and starts to crack after a while. and the other is really light and feels almost the same as the cotton t-shirt its self, its like dye-sub, but its a cotton t-shirt so i dont know :s
So basically, whats plastisol? what method do dropdead use? and what is the cheapest, most sustainable printing method for cotton t-shirts with lots of colours?
thanks
