best business book to build a clothing brand

Fasanella's book is a great read, but not really about building a clothing brand.

I've only flicked through Toby Meadow's book (not read it cover to cover); it looked decent, but pretty basic. Although as a rule I'd happily recommend most things Laurence King publish, they're a fantastic publisher.

The other one I haven't read/seen.

There isn't a book. The best resource is the internet, whether t be reading on tshirt blogs, listening to people here or somewhere else. Beyond that find and look into small business marketing and branding books.

The best resource is this forum and t shirt blogs, trust me you wont find stuff on books that you cant find here and even more. Pretty much there isn't a guide how to start a clothing brand. Buy shirts, get printed, sell, profit.
