I'm trying to decide which machine to purchase. If money didn't matter I would go with the Mod1 but I am finding more and more expenses to get my start up going and the $7,000 difference in the price of these two machines would really help me out.

So, I need some opinions on the Easy T printer vs. the Mod1. How much of a difference is there with these two?

I think they both are base on Epson 1800 or 1900. If you want to know more about it go to www.epson.com. For sure both are desk top model. Good luck with your decision. Did you request samples from both company? I would before pull wallet, trigger, cash, future, family ---. You deserve the best for your money!

I've seen the EasyT printer in person. I would NOT purchase one. The build quality seemed poor (cewrtainly not worth 7K). It looked like a garage built/DIY printer; as such I wouldn't expect much in the way of warranty/tech support.
