Last month I bought shirts from Bella, but didn't open the cartons for at least a month. I discovered that my order was considerably short. I phoned Bella C/S dept to let them know, but expecting them to say something like all claims have to be made within a week of delivery. Imagine my surprise when, in this day and age, they asked me if I'd like a credit or the missing pieces replaced. My replacement order arrived within days - no questions asked.
