beginner's question: invest in equipment to make it myslef or find local store to manufacture t-shirts

i am a begginer as well. I wud say invest in a heat press. if your budget is low get a used 1. but NOT a brand new cheap 1. those can b crappy. and if you are going to be selling just 1 design, then screen print the shirts. if you are going to heat press then you also need to buy some transfer paper. I would go with imageclip for INKJET. don't buy the laser 1s people are having trouble with those. I say that paper because it dosbt leave a polymer window around your image like other papers. this way you want need to buy a cutter. you with also need an ink and laser printer. (both). there are probably instructions on this forum for the paper. hope this helped

I agree with nicnats1. I wish I would have just invested in my own machine from the beginning it would've saved me so much in the long run. Im looking to go that route now though.
