This may be a dumb question but I could use a little help. I'm wondering if there is a font or anything for a "standard" baseball design. With the lettering and then the ribbon that goes under the wording that has "baseball" inside. See link below for better idea. I'm not sure what the best way to create this would be. I'm sure there is a font or something that might help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.

The body of the word Names looks to be an Adobe font named “Brush Script Std,” However the N is definitely not part of the font type. It could be a modified version of “Monotype Corsiva” or some other font type I am not familiar with.

Also, I can almost guarantee that there is no font that has a flag on the bottom; However that effect is easy to achieve in Illustrator by either stroking the font and modifying the path ( I would not recommend that), or by creating the flag separately and combining it with the word.

It doesn't have to be the exact same as this. I just figured there was a font that would include the banner on the end. But I could be very wrong.

They're called 'tails'.
And, yes, you're right, they aren't fonts.
You just fit them to your text.

Another cool font is "Playball." I used it for this design and drew the tail myself. (I think that's the only way to get it to look just right...)
