Hi Guys
Brand new barudan user here. When i turn my machine on in the morning it wants to do this origin set. When i have the flat holders on its not a problem but when i have the hat hoops on it runs the hoops into the back of the heads

Can you by pass this origin step on start up?

No but you should be in cap mode so that doesn't happen

Thanks Levelone... we called tech support... you are correct you cannot bypass this procedure.

They think that maybe a sensor is damaged that it does not recognize that it is in cap mode. They are sending a tech to have a look

Update... Thought I would post an update in case someone else has this issue. We had the tech come in and yes the magnet/sensor that tells the machine to stop was broke. He replaced it and everything is working fine. It does it origin check on flats or caps now without any issues
