I just bought a Barudan Pro II, I thought I could figure this machine out without the training. Well, I was wrong! The manual is hardly any help, is there online training courses or can someone help me get this thing running? I can't get the machine to read the designs I have on the USB. I've tried to stitch a stock design and the hoop has popped off both times. I'm just getting frustrated. The nearest tech that I can find is 4 hours away, I am located in Columbus, IN. ANY help or tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Did you ever find help with training? I bought a Barudan single head 3 years ago and they guy stayed one day, because my embroiderer had good amount of experience on a different machine, and recently quit. Now I'm trying to find a course I can drive/fly to that has extensive training, so I can know this machine inside and out. I can't find anything. Even Barudan has very limited videos on training.

I bought the lifetime access for that last week. There is some decent stuff there, but none of it really for my machine. But I know a lot of it can be used for all machines. It's just that I feel like I need training on my particular machine.

Can you tell us what do you know and what you would like to know. I've been using Barudan for like 10 years so i have a lot of experience.

I recommend watching a couple youtube videos, playing around with the machine, then scheduling a visit to Barudan. Good company! Your hoop sounds like it isn't tight enough. check out the magnetic hoops too theyre great
