Bad White

Obviously you are printing on black or dark garment.
The solution is more pretreatment.

the pretreatment that I put on it is good. I do not put a little pretreatment, the problem is with white ink, which sometimes comes out very dark. This afternoon I will put some photos and videos for you to see, if you know the solution or what is the problem.

I can clearly see the garment through your print. if you look at the othere shirt you have there, you wil see that there are no gaps.

If you think you have enough pretreatment, then try pressing the shirt with more pressure before printing it, and increase the amount of white ink trough your RIP software.

Well... why don't you try pretreating a shirt twice before printing it, and prove me wrong

You may also have to do 2 passes of white, and finally don't forget to hover the press, drying the ink a bit before pressing it (use light pressure). This way the white will not mix too much into the color, and the colors will be more vibrant.

Is it grey when you print on white paper, or is it magically becoming grey once when you print on black?
Come on... have some common sense.

Did the topic-starter manage to find a fix for his problem? I took a good look at your pictures and our printer seems to be doing the same thing (not printing white enough compared to what these printers supposed to be possible of doing). We have a Texjet Echo.

I have a basic question. Are you guys shaking your white inks at all? White ink will settle out sometimes as fast as 4 hours of no use. If you are try printing a white square on a scrap shirt once or twice to get the ink moving.

white ink is strongly recommended to shake it every day and also shake the bottle for 5 min every week. For more details check on the bottle labels.

Our suggestion for best quality results is to do a one or two cleaning. Head Cleaning consumes 10ml altogether from all cartridges and will ensure the best quality printing.
