Bad pressing

Pressing onto VA Phenoms and its coming out terrible.
385/55secs with dyetrans 11x17 paper with light pressure. Butcher paper on bottom platen over platen teflon cover and paper on top of transfer.
No foam or teflon pillow and no blow through paper.
Not sure what this issue is.
is it pressure ?
the paper. ? Print looks good tho.
Time ?
Heat ?
Or coming from the platen cover ? I have paper over it when I press.
I need help with this. Never had these bad of presses even when I first started and had no clue what I was doing. !!
