Hey everybody, so I have come across a problem that my normal routines do not fix. Any advice/help would greatly be appreciated.
So I just flushed my MP5 out this weekend and today(Tuesday) when I fill it up my yellow/black is missing most of the of its print on a nozzle check. I only see the edges of yellow/black and nothing in the middle. I did a heavy clean followed by wiping it with a lint free wipe with alcohol for 3 minutes, nothing. Then I did a hot soak and same result. When I was checking to see if maybe the inkslot controller was out of place I noticed that the lines going from the head to the damper were empty on the yellow and the black was the opposite. So I opened them up used a syringe to see if I could push ink through and now the line fill up but same bad nozzle check. It's too late to call Anajet TS so I had a feeling someone here may know better. lol Either way let me know if you have any suggestions to fix it I would really appreciate it. Im calling TS in the morning, but I have stuff to print tonight. I will keep you guys posted. I just hope I don't have to replace the ink head as I have had zero problems from it before today.

Here is a pic so you can get an idea.

Just wanted to update anyone if they are following. It turns out my Print head was the problem. Just replaced it and im up and running. I have to say a Huge thank you to MP5 Hacker for all his effort helping me figure out the problems. Also Juan the Anajet Tech who was on the phone with me for 2 hours trying to help out. Also for helping me print a job I needed done for tomorrow for a potentially big Client. It hurt my wallet to change the head, but its better than worrying how I am gonna get my next job printed.

This could happen when flushing a printhead air pockets may be made in the printhead a quick fix is made when you reverse flush your printhead with cleaning solution or removing the manifold from printhead and checking that all the spikes are firing

Would you pm me and give me more detail about how to do this? I've never heard either of these procedures.
