Bab's Plastisol Poly White Info?

I have to print on some 100% Polyester jerseys. I purchased Bab's Plastisol Poly White Ink, but I have no idea what the cure temp should be. There is no information on the website or in the packaging. I know that poly inks are supposed to have a lower cure temp, but I don't want to under cure or melt my shirts.:confused:

Any help would be great. I couldn't find an answer in the forums on this, but if anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.
