Hi, I want to create a tshirt design which will use a photo of a zombie woman. What is the best way to get this onto tshirt? Should I use halftone and screenprint it,or are there better ways to do so?
I want it to have a b movie feel to it,or like those sexploitation movie posters. There will be no background.

Screen printing is often the best way to go. For lower volume print runs, direct-to-garment is a good alternative.

I agree. I used 4CP for the print above, simply to capture the grainy feel of it. It was a run about ~300.

Thankyou yet again for all the help. This is awesome...
Just one more thing, is the picture of the woman on the attached example screenprinted with halftones? I like the effect it has,a little grainy. This is the effect I am after,I don't want it to be too clean. Maybe a little retro.

Its possible it was screenprinted. Or it could be a digital transfer, or any number of methods. Hard to say for certain just based on that particular picture.

The answer to your question, however, is yes. You can produce the effect you want with screenprinting.
