We have been using our Ri3000 printer now since October and have yet to get a good read on a dark colored garment. I have combed through the forum here and done some of the suggestions but the color is broken and spotty and we can't get a good red that isn't orange or orange red. Please, 8lb 6oz baby Jesus let someone out there have a solution as our school system in our small town has the colors red, white, and black and we NEED a good red to go on black!

Having the same issues with red. I have tried all kinds of settings and just cant seem to keep it from being blotchy or dull...
