Average quantity per order for custom designs

I'm trying to put together some financial forecasts for our business. Since we're relatively new to rhinestones, I would find it extremely useful to get a better understanding of the average quantity per order for custom rhinestone designs. Does anyone know of an industry publication that has this information? If not, would you mind sharing your personal experience?
