Auto reset chips/carts????

Hi guy's.

I have a D92 I have made a few post's about. I basically am having trouble with the motherboard rejecting carts when it feels like. That are full or even full original durabrite. So I'm looking for a solution to combat this and stick with my D92.

My question's are-
A/ Are the packs of chips you can buy effective, who do I get the best quality ones from.
B/ Can I use a auto reset cart without using a pipe and tank. Basically as a usual cart.
c/ Does the auto reset mean that if the motherboard detects it is compat or thinks it's full. I can reinstall and it will work.

I know these are basic questions. But I have found it hard to get answers to them without deviated jargon. LOL

Many thanks. Lee:)

Invest in a Continuous Ink System, best move i made!
That will be the eventual step . But I am reluctant to make the step, but for the printer to reject the cis carts/auto reset carts.. Thats why I need to know if the auto-reset will sort this, before I make the investment. I'm wasting money on carts at present, compats and originals.
If the motherboard sees the cis cart/cart as new once chip is reset Then all is cool for me.

Does the reset chip make the cart/cis cart look like a new cart to motherboard of printer??

Thanks.

I've not had it for that long.
it doesn't seem to reset all the colour with 1 press.
i.e: when i was warned of Black ink complete, I pressed the reset and it only seemed to reset Black.
