Attention to DTG Brand Supplier & Dealer

When you say it's 3 Year's warranty what's included

- Is Print head is included in the 3 years warranty ?
- Parts ?

Not to be rude but how would anyone here know what would be covered by a 3 year warranty on a new Viper sold in AU?

But I'll give you my best guess.....

"Print Head" NO,

"Parts" some that are considered non-consumables, but parts like encoder strips, capping station, print head, ink lines, dampers, WIMS, and of course ink probably are not covered by anything but the smallest part of the warrant like 90 days to 1 year.

"Labor & Service" probably covered like the parts somewhere between 90 days to 1 year.

Of course I'm just guessing, I've never seen a DTG printer come with a "all inclusive" 3 year warranty that would be very nice but I don't see it happening.

You should ask what is covered by the warranty, then have them sign a written copy of the warranty terms and conditions so you have proof of what the salesman is promising. BEFORE YOU BUY!

And of course Tech Support? is it included, what type, how long before it starts costing you?
