Assit need for Offset sublimation
Hi,
This is kumar from india, got big order with full black print.Pls suggest me what is best formula to get jet black in Litho(offset) sublimation.
This is the huge qty,my concern is selecting good ink (best formula) and paper (maximum transfer) to save the cost.
pls advice me the best solution for saving ink and best paper also.

Thanks for your reply,this is been doing with offset machine not inkjet printer.Due to the prize and qty printing with offset machine.I need assist for offset sublimation process.

You should probably seek this out in your country. I think doing offset from another country and shipping it in will increase your cost too much.Hi Joe,

I print offset sublimation in the Los Angeles area USA. I've been doing offset for 30+ years. I mix dense black inks from local suppliers. What kind of issues are you having? Maybe I can help.Hi,

I used Gaines sublimation Ink years ago and it worked fine on Litho process. Problem was customer we made the transfers for decided to cut corners and reduce the dwell time on the transfer press and the apparel migrated to other garments because it didn,t fully sublimate when pressing.
