Artist / New from Toronto looking for professional advice

hey there, i'm new to the forums and just looking for some professional advice on how to "start-up" a t-shirt side business, (maybe even full time) with my designs. (mainly skulls, zombies, graffiti, tattoo inspired works, etc) maybe even a partner? who knows, i'm just looking to get started and any advice would be appreciated (# of shirts, cost, colours, # of designs, how much startup $, vendors)
