We've been using an Epson Artisan 1430 to print our transfers on Vortex inkjet film for about 6 months with no problems. Now, it will print on regular paper but will not print on the film. Epson responded that the 1430 didn't suport printing on clear film. Has anyone had this problem? How did you resolve it?

How long have you been using a 1430? I'm new to one and haven't seen this, maybe it's your output settings?

5-6 months but with very light use.
