Arm printing in DMV area

Yes I was seeing who does shoulder to arm sleeve printing.

I would guess that is cut and sew. It looks, to me, like the printed the band seperately and then stitched it in as part of assembleing the product. That's how I would end up doing it.

That is definitely done before it was sewed together. Nice shirt :)
